Led by a Whole Note music therapist, Rockin’ Babies offers groups of five or six infants and their parents music activities that meet the social, cognitive, and developmental needs of babies less than a year in age. At the same time, the music experiences promote mutual learning and bonding between parent and child.

Swaddling and music are historical infant pacifiers. New neonatal intensive care unit research proves that infants who receive music therapy have increased oxidation, increased suckling, and increased awareness when compared to their counterparts not receiving music therapy.

In 30-minute sessions, over the course of eight weeks, Rockin’ Babies benefit from the following:
    . basic sign-language activities
. interaction among themselves and their parents
    . listening activities
. sound-stimuli identification and tracking activities

Rockin' Babies pricing depends upon group size.
